We are not just a coffee shop.
We are a local, family-owned business that fell in love with Brevard County the moment we arrived from Puerto Rico. Inspired by our Caribbean roots, European heritage, and a lifelong passion for coffee, we dreamed of creating something different for our new community.
When we say holistic, we mean it. We care about your mind, your body, and your spirit. Every carefully crafted drink, every holistic offering, every genuine moment of hospitality is designed to elevate all your senses.

- We are open Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays.

- Do you offer online ordering?

- What makes Espressology different from other coffee shops?
- We are a holistic café focused on mind, body, and spirit. Our holistic teas are curated by a Clinical Herbalist with a Traditional Naturopathic Doctorate. We also feature global coffees from Korea, Japan, Germany, Cuba, and Scandinavia, and we treat every guest as extended family — not just a customer.
- What food do you serve?
- Our menu includes egg bites, croissants, sandwiches, Belgian waffles, soups, wellness bowls, garden salads, and desserts. Many items use local ingredients from Titusville-area farms and vendors.
